How founder intake information is handled

What is collected

The intake collects the contact, company and fundraising information you choose to provide. Do not provide sensitive personal data, confidential investor information, banking information or a cap table.

Why it is used

Dave Byrne uses the information to assess whether there is a fit for a pitch working session or other founder advisory work, to reply to your enquiry and to manage any resulting engagement. It is not sold or used for automated investment decisions.

Storage and retention

Submissions are stored in the site's secured database. Unconverted enquiries may be retained for up to 12 months, then deleted unless a longer period is required for an active engagement or legal recordkeeping.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct or delete your intake. Contact Dave through his LinkedIn profile and include your submission reference.
